Ra Of Earth is known for being an incredible athlete in the world of hockey and CrossFit, making a transition into expanding consciousness when he discovered Kundalini yoga. Ra found a spirituality that has grown over time, inspiring him to change his identity from Ronald Teasdale to, Ra of Earth.

Ra has been working in the health, wellness, and consciousness space his entire adult life, with degrees in psychology and exercise science. He Previously owned several gyms in downtown Los Angeles for 10 years.  He is a teacher of humanology, all things fitness, movement, yoga, and ancient occult practices, which optimise human technology to live a more full spectrum life.

Ra is the owner of Kriya of the Week, which offers a short daily practice for people to get into meditation, working with their energy. It is based on an accumulation of techniques from his many years of gym ownership, a lifetime of competitive athletics, studies in psychology, and multidimensional energetic techniques from around the world.
