John Scott is an Australian Contemporary Artist and the Author of the book God’s Mountain. In the 90’s, when John was in his 30’s, he had an out of body Near Death Experience after eating mushrooms he picked while trekking through the Australian bush, in the Blue Mountains near Sydney.
After this experience John became a recluse, and started a passionate research trying to piece together what he had experienced, studying many subjects related to religion, metaphysics and other mind related topics.
John writes about his Near Death Experience and how he was taken back millions of years in the past, how he experienced the connectedness and nature of all things, while basking in the Light of Source asking questions like, what is the origin of the great pyramid, and more.

For me, everything is a cosmic dance, constantly unfolding from a source. Source is everywhere and nowhere, manifesting constantly and simultaneously. My job is to hold it still long enough in my mind to understand the mystery of its origin, void of labels.
