Kristin Mismash is a mother of 4 who grew up in the Mormon Church, often referred to as the LDS church in California. At the age of 45 she decided to leave the church, much to her husband disapproval, and follow a more secular spiritual path she had been exploring for around 10 years. Little did she know how far down the rabbit hole this pursuit would take her, and how life would present her with challenges to overcome, and cement her new found spiritual knowledge.
With the transition of her husband in 2019 and navigating her community children Kristin decided not to throw the baby out with the bath water when living spiritual principles.
Today Kristen helps facilitate consciousness events and gatherings, she also helps to create community for people who feel they have lost their community, because they no longer resonate with the teachings within them.
A USUI REIKI MASTER & TEACHER Kristin facilitate sound baths and drums circles in her Reiki Studio located in Murray, Utah, near Salt Lake City.
