Ron graduated from University of QLD with a Ph.D in psychology, then lectured for six years in the School of Applied Psychology, University of New South Wales. Since then he has been in private practice for the past 38 years in Lismore, Sydney and Gold Coast.

He is the author and producer of 16 Self Help Therapy CDs (www.therapycds.com.au) and has written two books on education and personal transformation.

As a Director of Toogoolawa Schools (www.toogoolawa.com.au), Ron assists Suwanti and the founder and benefactor of Toogoolawa, John Fitzgerald, in providing an alternative/healing education for troubled boys. His therapeutic approach is an eclectic one, marrying evidence-based therapeutic techniques with newly-developing approaches drawing on the client’s intuition.
