Dr Jeff O’Driscoll experienced many shared-death phenomena and other spiritual encounters during his twenty-five years as an emergency physician in a level-one trauma centre. He welcomed souls arriving into this sphere of existence, and bid farewell to others who were leaving. Sometimes he encountered those who hovered between worlds. Having traversed the tenuous terrain near the borders of mortality, he now helps others understand the lessons learned in their near-the-veil experiences.
Every experience enables me to help others. For twenty-five years I helped people heal their bodies. Now I help them heal their souls. Your answers are within. I’ll help you find them. I help people find their gifts so they can find their own answers. I bring people to their Aha Moment.
Many of the lessons he learned from his spiritual experiences are incorporated in his 6 children’s books and novel, Who Buried Achilles? His Award winning book ‘ Not Yet’ grabs highlights from his twenty-five years in the emergency department and walks readers through a series of near-life experiences that open a window into a spiritual world.
Dr. O’Driscoll obtained his MD at the University of Utah School of Medicine and completed his residency in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is board certified in internal medicine and is a fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. He has published works in theology, ancient scripture, history, medical science and medical administration.
In addition to writing, Dr. O’Driscoll enjoys painting, sculpting and cycling. He is a talented public speaker and loves teaching both small groups and large audiences.
