Bernette Sherman is a best-selling Amazon author in a multi-genre, she writes of speculative fiction including science fiction and fantasy as well as inspiration, poetry, music, and scripts. She is also coach of courageous queens, helping women to stop shrinking, freeing their inner queen, through Queen Talk with Bernette Sherman on the Awake TV Network and through her signature Keys to the Queendom program. Her ministerial service is through Spirit Speaks, which is a collaborative project with her mother Rebecca Washington. She uses her gifts as a channel, medium, and spiritual advisor to help others to grow, heal, and develop spiritually.
Bernette was Mrs. Cobb County 2019, a former Miss Black Georgia and Miss Black International. She’s been a guest on Empowerment Starts Here podcast and previously was a regular contributor to Wheel of Life Magazine. She uses her experience as a pageant queen, performer, and professional evaluator to help women own their power, uncover their purpose, build an actionable path forward, and courageously rock all areas of their life – from the inside out.
She beats her own path and sometimes has a hard time following the rules and norms set by systems that feel outdated and unsuited to her way of being and writing.
