Already Here; describes the death of his son, Christopher, at the age of 22, the direct evidence of life after death that he showed me, and the communication I had with him after his death, which totally changed my understanding of the universe, of life and its meaning, and of Heaven. In life, Christopher was a brain-damaged special-needs child who challenged everyone he knew with his unpredictable behaviour and uncanny insights. After his death, he revealed to me the real purpose of his life: to be a spiritual master who taught others by confounding their assumptions and expectations. He showed me that the human soul is indestructible and that the universe depends for its existence on the immortality of individual consciousness, because the universe itself is an act of love.

Christopher’s wisdom was revealed to me in three gifts, which I call the Gift of the Opposite, the Gift of Presence, and the Gift of Timelessness. I came to realise that these gifts were not intended for me alone. They contain ancient wisdom, held sacred in many traditions, and Chris intended for me to share them with others. Already Here was written under his direction.
